Cherry, Edson & Kelly, L.L.P. specializes exclusively in the representation of insurance carriers, self-insured employers and third party administrators before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board. We maintain two fully staffed offices which serve over 12 hearing points in the New York area.   

The firm began in 1978 by Robert T. Cherry, Esq. and Kenneth T. Edson, Esq.  Since 1989, we have been known as Cherry, Edson & Kelly.  Over the years, the practice has grown and is now comprised of eight partners and five associate attorneys.   

Our practice has been exclusively limited to representing self-insured employers, third party administrators and insurance carriers in the defense of their workers’ compensation claims.  We continue to specialize in the field of workers' compensation defense and pride ourselves on the extensive knowlege and experience of all our attorneys.
